Investment for your wellbeing
Initial appointment (including consultation and massage/ bodywork): $150 (1 hour+) or $180 (1.5 hours+)
Initial appointments are typically longer than standard follow-up appointments to allow time to complete necessary forms and discuss your needs before treatment begins.
Standard follow-up appointment (including consultation and massage/ bodywork): $130 (1 hour) or $160 (1.5 hours)
Private health rebates
Private health rebates may be available. Please ask us or your private health insurance.

Client history and Consent form
We will ask you to complete a client consent and history form before the first treatment. You can download, print and fill out the form at home. Alternatively, you can fill it out when you come in for your first appointment.

Cancellation policy
Respectfulness is one of the values at unwind & recharge, and as we respect your needs, we ask you to respect ours, too. Please give 48 hr notice if you cannot attend an appointment so that we can offer the treatment time to someone else waiting for an appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for being so understanding.
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as spontaneous labour onset, a medical/ family emergency, COVID or flu-like symptoms that have developed overnight, the fee will be waived (at the discretion of unwind & recharge).
Gift cards
Gift cards for appointments at unwind & recharge are a generous gift to show your love and care. You can be sure that you give something special that she can enjoy when she receives the gift card and later when she receives the treatment. Hence, you are giving twice. You can purchase digital gift cards via this link and will get them instantly via email. You can also contact us if you prefer a printed card; we will deliver it after the transaction.
