What our clients say

“Kathrin has created an inviting and calming sanctuary in Hurstbridge where she offers individualised care. She is a highly skilled massage therapist and I have already recommended her to others looking for deep rest and relaxation. An incredible therapeutic option for anyone in need of nervous system regulation or stress relief.” – Casey 02/05/25

I had been searching for a local massage therapist with an attuned touch and a deeper understanding of somatic healing for a little while before I stumbled on Kathrin. From the moment I arrived for my session, I knew I had found the right fit. The space was extremely comfortable, the massage was deeply relaxing, and I even left with some gems of wisdom from Kathrin to reflect on that still help me to this day, 2 months later. Kathrin has a wonderful gift for nurturing and attuned touch and I can’t wait to book in again.” – Claire 30/04/25

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, Kathrin’s energy is very calming, as is the space. She is very nice and professional, and I’ve already booked in to see her again! Highly recommend to others (I got the pregnancy remedial massage)” – Priyanca – 23/04/25

“Unwind & recharge is exactly the experience you will receive. The massage is accompanied by guided breath work, allowing for a holistic experience connecting the physical to your inner soul, making a truly peaceful and enlightening experience. Thank you Kathrin 🙏” – Katie 16/02/25

Our safe space

Safety and connection are essential elements of therapeutic work. Trauma researcher Bessel van der Kolk stated, “Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health.” (2014). Neuroscientist Stephen Porges summarised: “Cues of safety are the treatment.” (2016), and author and body worker Steve Haines said, “…all pain, anxiety, and depression is rooted in feelings of not being safe.” (2021).
