The Caring Touch program is a gentle, two‑part workshop series for people who care for an older person or someone living with illness or disability. It introduces simple, practical touch and massage techniques that support wellbeing, reduce stress, and deepen connection for both carers and those they care for. Beginning with self‑supportive, mindful touch for carers and progressing to safe, caring touch for others, the workshops offer an accessible, compassionate approach to enhancing quality of life—no prior experience required.
